The NRG Mega plate heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat recovery ventilation unit designed for commercial and industrial applications. It features a plate heat exchanger for optimal heat recovery, reducing energy consumption while maintaining excellent indoor air quality. The unit is equipped with 50mm thick insulated panels, enhancing both thermal and acoustic performance.

  • By-pass damper: 100% airflow capability for both free-cooling and free-heating modes, enhancing energy efficiency by utilising outside air for temperature regulation.

  • Motors: electronically commutated (EC) brushless motors, external rotor, available in both single-phase and three-phase versions, depending on the model, for energy-efficient operation.

  • Impellers: centrifugal impellers with backward-curved blades, directly coupled to the motor, providing modulated airflow for precise control and energy efficiency.

    Control Options

    • PLUS: features constant pressure operation, complete with pressure transducer and temperature sensors for more advanced control and monitoring.

    • TOP: offers constant airflow operation, paired with a pressure transducer and air temperature sensors, providing the highest level of control and system optimisation.
