Kentalbox Plus Box Fan

The Kentalbox Plus range offers high-performance acoustic box fans, designed for quiet and efficient ventilation in commercial and industrial spaces. Featuring galvanized steel panels with rockwool insulation for noise reduction, these fans come with dynamically balanced steel impellers. Available in single-phase and three-phase options, they handle temperatures up to 60ºC. Ideal for air renewal and smoke extraction applications.

  • Panel design: galvanised sandwich panels with 25 mm rockwool insulation (A1 non-combustible, 90 kg/m³ density) for effective thermal and acoustic performance.
  • Fastening system: quick assembly and disassembly system for easy cleaning, maintenance, and panel replacement.
  • Fan type: centrifugal plug fan with a direct motor-impeller coupling for efficient airflow.
  • Connection design: Circular inlet for smooth and easy duct connection, with an open outlet for flexible installations.
  • Motor type: AC asynchronous squirrel cage motor located inside the airflow, ensuring efficient operation.
  • Protection and insulation: IP55 motor protection and Class F insulation for reliable operation in tough environments.

  • Voltage Options: Single-Phase: 230V, 60Hz and three-Phase: 230/400V, 60Hz & 400/690V, 60Hz (1-speed), 400V, 60Hz (2-speed). (60Hz for special markets and America)
  • Impeller design: backward-curved, single inlet, self-cleaning steel impeller, statically and dynamically balanced for long-lasting performance.
  • Panel exchangeability: Panels are fully exchangeable for easy replacement or maintenance.
  • Maximum working temperature: three-phase motors can handle temperatures up to 60ºC.
